Rob Bacon, the founder and president of Fox General Contracting, brings over 20 years of experience in remodeling, business management and marketing to the company. Rob started Fox General Contracting with a clear mission: to create a full-service contracting business that prioritizes quality, integrity and exceptional customer service.
As a state-licensed Alabama Home Builder (#26954), International Code Certified General Contractor and EPA Certified Safe Renovator, Rob leads the company with a wealth of expertise. He personally estimates every project, oversees advertising and social media, manages materials and permitting and supervises projects from start to finish. Rob is hands-on, ensuring that every project is completed on time, inspected thoroughly and up to code.
What Rob enjoys most about his work is transforming outdated spaces into exciting, functional new layouts that improve the lives of his clients. He approaches each project with creativity, dedication and a focus on delivering outstanding results.
Beyond work, Rob is passionate about giving back to the community. He leads the Coastal Hope group at Coastal Church, a volunteer organization that helps those in need complete home improvement projects they cannot afford or manage themselves. In his free time, Rob enjoys boating, fishing, golfing, biking and spending time outdoors. His vision for Fox General Contracting is to be the premier remodeler on the Eastern Shore, delivering high-quality results with exceptional project supervision.
Erin Bacon has been an essential part of the Fox General Contracting team for 14 years, contributing her extensive design expertise and passion for helping families create their dream spaces. Before joining Fox General Contracting, Erin worked as a Kitchen Designer at IKEA for a decade, honing her skills in creating functional and beautiful designs.
At Fox General Contracting, Erin plays a multifaceted role. She specializes in kitchen and bath design, helping clients reimagine their spaces with layouts that combine style and practicality. She also manages schedule coordination and oversees accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that every aspect of a project runs smoothly. Erin’s commitment to providing high-quality work at an affordable price is a key reason clients feel supported and confident throughout their renovation journey.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys bike riding, walking her dogs and spending quality time with her family. Her attention to detail and genuine love for design make her an invaluable asset to the team and a trusted partner for every client.
